What You Will Be Doing Establish best practice initiatives in areas such as communications, recruiting new talent, performance management, training, people engagement, and career development 
Lead all recruitment efforts 
Onboarding and training of new employees 
On top of compliance updates on the local, state and federal level 
Manage benefits administration (healthcare, 401k, PTO, commuter benefits etc) 
Provide guidance to upper management on strategic business decisions 
Oversee office operations manager
What You Need for this Position 5+ Years in HR
Track record in leading a company's recruiting strategy & efforts
History of on-boarding & training
Any experience ion CPG or consumer goods is a PLUS
