Role Summary:
As a Human Resources Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our dynamic HR team, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth department operations. You'll engage in a variety of activities from recruitment processes to payroll management, all while helping to uphold a positive and efficient work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize daily administrative HR tasks
Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including screening candidates and coordinating interviews
Maintain and update HR records and our HR information system
Support employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
Engage with employees, fostering a positive environment and ensuring HR practices align with our organizational values
What You Will Bring:
At least 2 years of administrative experience in Human Resources
Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
An ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A proactive approach to problem-solving and completing projects
Preferred: Knowledge of dental industry terminology and billing practices
