Job summary
Carillon Assisted Living is seeking a Human Resources and Payroll Specialist in Raleigh, NC.This position plays a vital role in supporting Carillon's business.The specialist will interact directly with senior leadership and the communities.
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Maintain team member information and benefits elections.• Process onboarding, offboarding, and rate/position changes.• Ensure accurate payroll information and correct missed punches.• Respond to unemployment claims and prepare appeals documentation.• Maintain and monitor Workers' Compensation claims.• Assist with annual benefit open enrollment and track ACA compliance.• Reconcile payroll-related deductions and submit necessary reports.• Track FMLA leave and provide support for recruiting, payroll, and HR issues.• Create and track analytics to optimize management decision-making.
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of multi-site payroll and benefit management experience.• Expertise in current generation payroll systems.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.• Service-oriented and diplomatic with the ability to work independently.• Bachelor's Degree or combination of experience and 2-year degree.• Ability to communicate effectively with team members across all levels.• COVID-19 vaccination and booster required.
