Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing programs and team meetings• Collaborate with HR team members in organizing program materials• Support in preparing and distributing program-related documentation• Track and manage resources, budget, and vendors• Coordinate travel arrangements for program participants• Maintain accurate program documentation• Prepare reports summarizing program progress• Serve as a point of contact for program inquiries• Foster effective communication among team members• Work closely with cross-functional teams for project coordination
Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in HR, Communications, or Project Management• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities• Familiarity with planning and project management concepts• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to operate independently and deliver results• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team environment• Experience with Microsoft Suite and project tracking tools• Experience in global and matrixed organizations• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience
