Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain a multi-item, hot and cold lunch menu• Prep, cook, and display food in the staff dining room• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room• Set up and clear the dining room daily• Carry items up and down a flight of stairs• Perform basic and intermediate cooking skills• Keep dining area clean and refill paper towel dispenser• Stock coffee and soda station• Assist with hotel duties as required• Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements
• Previous experience in cooking required• Restaurant kitchen, banquet, or catering experience preferred• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs• Ability to twist, bend, and squat frequently• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays• Shifts from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm• Must be able to work in downtown Tempe, AZ• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team• Must be reliable and punctual
