Responsibilities
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees• Provide general security duties• Observe, correct, and report any hazards• Operate multi-line phone system and connect calls• Knowledgeable of IP cameras, CCTV, fire alarm systems, access control systems, etc.• Assist with employee issuance of keys, badges, etc.• Communicate and dispatch work orders• Interact extensively with other departments• Greet, transport patients, and conduct courier runs• Support in planning, scheduling, and organizing routine department activities
Requirements
• Customer service oriented• Basic to intermediate computer skills• Effective written and oral communication skills• Ability to perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting• High school diploma or equivalent• At least 21 years old• Valid driver's license• Reliable means of transportation and communication• Military or security experience• Pass all required background and drug screenings
