**What You'll Do:**
- **Relationship Development:** Engage in proactive outreach to potential partners, educating them on our services and the importance of community health events.
- **Event Coordination:** Plan, schedule, and coordinate a high volume of health screening events each month, ensuring a top-notch experience for attendees and partners alike.
- **Lead Generation and Follow-Up:** Cultivate warm leads and convert them into successful partnerships, leveraging your sales and negotiation skills.
- **Remote Work Excellence:** Demonstrate the discipline and self-motivation needed to work independently and achieve (or exceed) sales targets.
**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience:** 1-2 years in inside sales or call center environments, with a track record of success. 1-2 years of remote work experience is essential.
- **Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work within deadlines. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- **Personal Attributes:** Goal-oriented, motivated by a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with cold calling. Experience in grassroots marketing and event coordination is a plus.
