Position: HCM Analyst
We're currently seeking a skilled HCM Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering product implementation and support services, encompassing client consultations, training sessions, and project documentation for our Human Capital Management (HCM) products and software as a service.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal project management teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and project milestones.
Engage with clients' key stakeholders to understand their HR guidelines, payroll setup, and reporting requirements.
Offer expert advice on implementation strategies and best practices, tailored to clients' unique needs.
Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to gather functional specifications and system setup requirements.
Configure software to optimize client workflows, particularly in areas like time and attendance management and accrual entry.
Provide client training on the iSolved platform and facilitate regular status update calls to address issues and offer recommendations.
Uphold exceptional customer service standards, prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention.
Forge strong relationships within client organizations to align project deliverables with business goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in systems integration or enterprise-class HRMS product implementation.
Proficiency in interpreting tax regulations at federal, state, and local levels for software configuration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
Sound knowledge of payroll, human resources, and accounting fundamentals.
Familiarity with payroll and HR reporting practices.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
