We are seeking a talented and dynamic Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our clients' initiatives and enhance their brand presence. Responsibilities: Design visually stunning graphics, including digital and print materials such as social media graphics, website assets, print publications, flyers, brochures, prospectus, and signage. Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to support client objectives and increase engagement. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to maintain a competitive edge. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Assist in developing and maintaining brand identities for clients, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, providing insights, and recommendations for optimization. Creation of content writing for newsletters, emails, and social media posts. Update and enhance websites for usability. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist, preferably in an association or nonprofit setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software. Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with the ability to develop creative strategies that drive results. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design layout. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. Knowledge of web design principles and experience with content management systems is a plus. Passion for staying current with emerging trends and technologies in graphic design and marketing. Demonstrated capability as a forward-thinking, outside-of-the-box thinker.
