Our Crisis & Grants Management team delivers innovative, connective, human-centered and sustainable crisis and grants management services to help organizations and communities prepare for, prevent, respond to, recover from and mitigate risks caused by operational disruptions and crises. We help our clients define future state visions, develop strategic roadmaps, establish governance infrastructure, operationalize processes, measure and monitor performance, innovate through technology, and deliver quality program outcomes in an expedited, cost effective and compliant manner. Qualifications
Required: + Bachelor's degree required
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
+ Ability to travel 15% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
+ 2+ years of experience with government grants administration, budgets, contracts, and/or compliance at the state, local and/or federal level supporting discretionary, non-discretionary, and formula grant programs
+ 2+ years of experience in ensuring that activities and transactions are performed in compliance with 2 CFR 200; GAAP ; OMB Circulars (A-110, A-122, and A-133); federal, state, and local regulations; and individual grant and contract requirements.
+ 2+ years of previous experience in one or more of the following areas: program management, process management or grants financial management
+ 2+ years of experience advising executive-level management on the technical aspects of federal grant programs and applicable Federal and State statutes, regulations, policies and procedures
+ 2+ years of experience advising federal, state, or local government stakeholders on strategies on waste, fraud, and abuse mitigation
+ 2+ years of experience with Pivot Tables, V Lookups or Formulas within Excel
+ 2+ years of experience with federal, state, and local policy applicability; process and financial internal controls, grants process management
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $59,993 to $105,250. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
