Gps Tech - Surveyor

We're seeking a GPS Tech with excellent time management and communication skills to join our busy team! You will perform detailed and accurate cross-sectional surveys as part of the post-construction process. The successful applicant will have 2 years of GPS experience.There will be no per diem provided, so local candidates are preferred.This is a highly technical, IT position.Responsibilities:Create digital maps and reports using GIS (geographic information systems) technologyEvaluate the site to collect information and precise measurements on hydrographic, geographic, and topographic featuresAdvise clients, architects, and construction managers of any on-site conditions, building defects, or potential environmental impacts within boundary linesOperate surveying instruments such as builder's levels, total stations, robotics, and GPS (global positioning systems) to measure distances accuratelyQualifications:Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and communication skillsPossess a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordCurrent understanding of trigonometry, surveying fundamentals, mapmaking, and the techniques, guides, and practice of surveyingAbout Company:Joe Knows delivers added value by providing experienced employees in multiple industries, who possess communication and leadership skills that support the goals of the team.Our goal is to provide more certainty in regard to the performance of the team.
