Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to serve as the primary strategic business leader for the Kahler Grand Hotel and Kahler Inn & Suites. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest and associate satisfaction, driving financial performance, and fostering revenue growth. This role is pivotal in implementing hotel-wide strategies, maintaining brand standards, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property ownership and valued customers.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of hotel-wide strategies to achieve business goals and exceed guest expectations.

Operational Excellence: Ensure all operational aspects, including human resources, financial performance, and sales strategies, are executed effectively and efficiently.

Guest Satisfaction: Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction by implementing brand service strategies and initiatives.

Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through proactive involvement in the sales process and innovative revenue-generating strategies.

Owner Relations: Serve as the principal interface with property ownership, fostering a strong business partnership through proactive communication and delivering solid business results.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a General Manager role.
Proven track record of achieving financial targets, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
