Ft Breakfast Attendant Supervisor

Job Summary:The FT Breakfast Attendant Supervisor at AC Portland Beaverton is responsible for overseeing the daily breakfast operations at our hotel. This position will ensure that guests receive a high-quality and enjoyable breakfast experience, while also managing a team of breakfast attendants. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and customer service skills, along with a passion for the hospitality industry.Compensation & Benefits:This is a full-time, hourly position with competitive pay and benefits package. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and hotel discounts.Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of the breakfast service, including setting up and maintaining the breakfast area, replenishing food and beverage supplies, and ensuring cleanlinessSupervise and train breakfast attendants, including scheduling and performance managementGreet and assist guests during breakfast service, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or requestsMonitor and maintain inventory levels and expenses, ensuring budgetary goals are metCollaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and efficient breakfast serviceEnsure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations and standardsConduct regular inspections of the breakfast area to ensure it meets brand and company standardsCommunicate and work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency of breakfast offeringsHandle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerAssist with ordering and stocking breakfast supplies as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is preferredAt least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industryStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAble to work a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of food safety and sanitation regulationsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for an extended period of timePrevious breakfast service experience is a plusEEOC Statement:We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law.
