Salt Face Mule Brewing, a dream turned reality in the heart of Western North Carolina, is seeking a talented Brewery/ Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our unique brewpub and gathering space. Join us in serving honestly brewed beers and Appalachian-inspired comfort food with mini-golf and remote control cars. Responsibilities: Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet operational needs Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to employees Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food quality standards Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu consistency and quality Manage restaurant budgets and expenses to achieve financial targets Implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers Requirements: Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems Understanding of financial management principles Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) is preferred Passion for beer knowledge Join us at Salt Face Mule Brewing and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a vibrant environment.
