Responsibilities
• Assist the General Manager with new membership sales• Build relationships with potential members• Provide a positive experience for members• Successfully move members through the sales process• Assist with retaining current members• Conduct facility tours• Emphasize and enforce club objectives• Present available services to members• Book quality appointments• Participate in special events to promote the club• Develop selling skills• Process cash and credit transactions• Follow up with prospective clients• Input inventory for retail items• Take pictures for social media platforms• Perform light cleaning duties• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• 18 or older• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required• Warm welcoming and engaging personality• Ability to build strong customer relationships• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales• Self-motivated and takes initiative• Ability to learn and use ClubReady software system• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Proficient computer skills• Occasional travel may be required• High school diploma or equivalent required• Authorization to work in the United States required
