We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Floor Manager to lead our team, ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction, staff support, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the team to achieve daily operational goals and long-term vision. Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction, staff support, and financial performance. Provide leadership, motivation, training, coaching, and mentoring to all team members. Foster a culture of trust, respect, empowerment, and high morale through teamwork and partnership. Essential Duties: Ensure top-notch operations and customer satisfaction in the food and beverage outlet. Develop and implement systems and processes to maintain quality operations. Establish, update, and enforce policies and procedures for the venue. Analyze financial reports to determine alternative actions for improved management. Implement cost control procedures and maintain budget compliance. Oversee menu execution and pricing structures. Ensure hiring practices, disciplinary actions, and employee expectations align with company standards. Regularly report department activities to senior management. Serve as a role model, ensuring staff meets or exceeds sanitation requirements. Respond to guest comments and complaints effectively. Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Qualifications: Required: Strong communication, supervisory, and organizational skills. Computer literacy. Preferred: Two years of experience in a fine dining operation. Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands: Ability to maneuver in all areas of the restaurant. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Manual dexterity and coordination to operate restaurant and office equipment. Capacity to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment. Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues.
