As part of a high-performing, client-centric small business, we are looking to add an ambitious, honest, accurate, ethical, supportive Financial Advisor who can provide excellent service and advice to clients. This position collaborates with the Lead Advisor to deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment management to our clients. You will be helping our team continue to enhance and deepen relationships with clients by fostering trust and satisfaction. One of our team members is a gentle office dog, so you must be comfortable around animals and willing to care for her, as needed.Responsibilities: Financial Planning Investment Management (40%)• Conduct or attend client meetings.• Assist in gathering and organizing client data to develop a comprehensive financial plan.• Research and gather detailed investment data.• Prepare and execute trading for clients.• Conduct special and routine investment/portfolio or planning research projects.• Complete ongoing education in all financial planning and investment areas. Client Service (40%)• Review changes in the industry and work with the team to adjust client plans and investment allocations accordingly.• Prepare for client meetings and assist with follow up and implementation of items.• Assist clients with inquiries and requests.• Establish, service, monitor, and maintain client investment accounts. Office Management (20%)• Assist in creating goals, strategic vision, and direction of the firm.• Assist with technology issues, maintenance, research, and implementation of new solutions.• Ensure compliance is being adhered to at the highest level.• Help team cover tasks when needed.Qualifications:• 4+ years of relevant experience with knowledge of key financial, investment, and risk management concepts.• Have current SIE, Series 7, Series 66, WI Health, and WI Life Insurance licenses or independently working on obtaining the qualifications (and will be completed within 90 days of employment).• Bachelor's degree in finance or other relevant field is helpful• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to establish priorities and manage multiple requests.• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – especially listening.• Excellent problem-solving skills.• Must be professional with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.About Company: We offer a competitive salary comprised of base pay and incentives established on KPIs and team goals.
