Job summary
Instruct college students in accordance with educational theories and techniques.Develop discipline related curricula, assess student learning, participate in program evaluation, college activities, and serve on committees.Maintain college and department standards in support of the College's mission and strategic plan.

Responsibilities
• Teach 45 points and maintain office hours.• Participate in college business hours that may include serving on committees, work teams, meetings, and special projects.• Develop discipline related curricula.• Assess student learning.• Participate in program evaluation.• Participate in college activities.• Serve on committees.• Maintain college and department standards.
Requirements
• Master's degree in Physics OR Master's degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Physics.• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and on multiple campuses if needed.• Teaching and occupational experience recognized.• Demonstrate the use of technology in the classroom.• Cultural competency to engage and work with a diverse student and employee population.• Confirmation of degrees from institutions accredited by one of the seven regional accrediting organizations.• Validation of degrees from outside the United States by an organization belonging to the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services.
