Position Summary: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our high-rise façade projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the construction or manufacturing industry, particularly with metal panel systems. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
* Oversee the fabrication and installation processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
* Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
* Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and team members.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
* PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience in the construction or manufacturing industry, with a focus on metal panel systems and high-rise buildings.
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
