Genesis10 is seeking a Denials Subject Matter Expert for a contract with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. 80% Remote. Job Description:
The Denials Subject Matter Expert will provide experience and guidance related to denials (both clinical and administrative); approach to review of data; mitigation of denials; parse out denials and provide senior guidance to the consulting team. Required Basic Qualifications: Working knowledge of denials and appeal processes including an understanding of contracts and payer policies Familiar with current medical terminology. Understanding of the healthcare (specifically hospitals) revenue cycle process. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written. Able to work independently and to meet deadlines. Minimum of three years experience in a healthcare setting (preferably hospitals). Ability to define problems, collect data, validate data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and Outlook). Education: Bachelor's Degree Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $
