Responsibilities
• Complete individual, trust, and partnership tax returns• Be highly proficient with various tax forms• Provide oversight and learning to other tax preparers• Develop and lead tax training and continuing education• Deliver extraordinary customer service• Manage a large amount of tax returns and meet deadlines• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment• Communicate effectively and have excellent interpersonal skills• Utilize computer proficiency including tax software and excel• Continuously learn and grow with the firm
Requirements
• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing tax returns• Passion for providing exceptional customer service• Ability to manage a high volume of tax returns and meet deadlines• Ability to provide oversight and learning to other preparers• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Proficient in tax software and excel• Willingness to learn and grow with the firm• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or taxes
