Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional client service.• Connect with clients in a fun, fast-paced environment.• Complete individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.• Learn and apply new tax laws and regulations.• Deliver accurate and efficient tax preparation services.• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.• Maintain client confidentiality and build trust.• Stay up-to-date with tax software and technology.• Continuously improve tax preparation processes.• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and goals.
Requirements
• 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns.• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.• Basic computer skills.• Willingness to learn.• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes.
