We're seeking a dedicated Event Customer Service Representative to join our team. Collaborating closely with our Event Coordinators, you'll play a pivotal role in increasing awareness and availability of our clients' products through carefully planned local events. At our company, customer satisfaction is paramount, and our aim for every event is to leave a lasting, positive impression surrounding the brand.
Core Responsibilities: Act as the embodiment of the brand during events, serving as its voice and face After thorough training in each brand and product line, proficiently address any customer questions or inquiries Provide demonstrations, distribute samples, and offer promotional materials to interested customers Assist customers in completing order or registration forms during promotions Possess a comprehensive understanding of pricing and provide approximate quotes for product packages Maintain detailed records of event traffic, common questions, and any issues encountered to continually enhance overall customer service Qualifications: Exceptional customer service skills, with previous experience in direct customer service at events considered a plus Strong organizational and time management abilities Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within the Event Team Ability to convey a professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor to both customers and fellow team members Flexibility to work designated schedules, including evenings and weekends for events Proficiency in performing well under pressure within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
