Event Assistant - Full Time/ Paid Training

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our clients and guests. As an Event Assistant, you will receive comprehensive paid training and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of event planning and execution.
Responsibilities: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish. Collaborate with the event planning team to develop event concepts, themes, and timelines. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth event operations. Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, breakdown, and attendee assistance. Assist with attendee registration, check-in, and guest services. Manage event-related communications, inquiries, and RSVPs. Assist with post-event activities, such as collecting feedback and evaluating event success. Requirements: Passion for event planning and a desire to learn and grow in the industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
