Entry Level Carpenter/Light Maintenance

DeLeers Construction is seeking an entry level carpenter/Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in our maintenance division! This role will work on a variety of home projects including kitchen and bathroom remodels, decks, small home repairs, home maintenance (gutter cleaning, pressure washing, etc). This person needs to enjoy variety in their work, enjoy problem solving, and enjoy interacting with our customers on site. This role is entry level and will work with a more experienced carpenter to learn the complexities of this job. This is a great opportunity to learn the construction industry from the ground up.

What DeLeers Construction can offer you The entry level Carpenter/ Maintenance Technician position is an hourly (non-exempt) role. The starting rate is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on your experience level.

Good knowledge of the materials, methods, and tools involved in construction. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations. Must be able to travel out-of-town for various job projects and stay overnight when required. Hold, or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver's license prior to employment. Walk, prolonged standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling. Use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
