Job Title: Enterprise Architect Location: Fort Mill, SC (Hybrid-3 days a week) Duration: Long Term Key Responsibilities/Outcomes The Enterprise Architect must have a strong understanding of all portfolio offerings and be capable of providing the assessment of client requirements and integrating the technical, business, and service solutions, while leading the development of cost estimates and commercial solutions.
All in order to deliver the best solution to the client. Working with several Subject Matter Experts, Sales, Strategic Sales Support, Account Management, Service Delivery, Legal, and Finance, the Enterprise Architect leverages their technical expertise, business expertise, and commercial acumen to develop leading solutions across Regional and global clients.
In a bid scenario, the Enterprise Architecture will typically work in a partnership with a Bid Pursuit Manager. The Enterprise Architect is required to lead mid-sized and large outsourcing deals with a TCV of $15m USD or higher.
Day to Day Responsibilities: Maintains design authority for the solution
Manages the resources to develop the solution (Solution Architects) and overall end-to-end architecture of Capgemini's solution
Leads the writing of the solution overview and presents solutions to the client
Establishes KPIs for the Solution Architects prior to the commencement of the project and reviewing performance with the Solution Architects at the end of the project
Leads the Solution Verification Review
Coordinates and or develops the costing of Capgemini's solution, and Customer requirement management
Ensures that the Client's standard solutions are maximized
Provides input for internal (e.g. reviews) and external (e.g. executive summary) documentation
Provides input into the contractual terms and conditions (e.g. SLA achievement)
Defines solution strategy
Assists Commercial manager with risk management processes and leading assumption setting and contingency definitions
Provides input into the creation of the Statement of Work
Leads solution review sessions and participation in the contract, HR, SLA, and SoW negotiations.
The Enterprise Architect must have: Strong understanding of ITO managed services portfolio offerings and capable of providing the assessment of client requirements
Strong solution design experience, business expertise, and commercial acumen to develop leading solutions across Regional and global clients.
Extensive experience in implementation and planning in two or more areas of technology or application specialization.
Deep understanding of multiple domains
Skill in systems management, infrastructure planning, engineering architecture
Ability to apply skills on a corporate global basis.
