Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, and HR teams regarding employee relations matters. Implement employee relations strategies and initiatives to maintain a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, or conflicts, and recommend appropriate resolutions in line with company policies and legal requirements. Collaborate with State Managers and other stakeholders to proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues. Policies and Procedures: Update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines related to employee relations and performance management. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices in all employee relations and learning & development activities. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in employee relations and learning and development to continuously enhance programs and initiatives. HR Administration: Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and subject matter experts to leverage external expertise and resources when needed. Experience with HRIS or Talent Administration platform. Skills and abilities

Nonverbal Communication : Being mindful of body language, facial expressions, and tone of voice to convey sincerity and approachability. Openness : Encouraging open dialogue and creating an environment where employees feel comfortable expressing their opinions and concerns. Cultural Sensitivity : Respecting cultural differences and adapting communication practices accordingly in a diverse workforce. Conflict Prevention : Proactively addressing potential conflicts by fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and mutual respect. Respect : Treating employees with respect and dignity, regardless of their position or background. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to employee relations. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field (master's degree preferred). Minimum of 3 years combined experience in employee relations or related field. Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus.
