Responsibilities
• Perform varied tasks in the manufacturing process• Follow detailed documentation and instructions• Identify areas for process improvement• Support training of new employees• Operate multiple machines• Control and use machinery and tools• Audit materials and builds for quality assurance• Coordinate tasks within a team• Understand and execute to customer expectations• Assist with products in maturity life-cycle
Requirements
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing operations• Fluency in English and local language• Strong mathematics and reading comprehension skills• Demonstrated physical capability• Excellent understanding of tools and procedures• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong teamwork and coordination skills• Ability to multitask• Basic computer software skills• U.S. Citizenship required
