Our two-way bilingual education program aims to help children become proficient in both English and Spanish while providing a nurturing and safe environment.

Responsibilities
• Develops and implements age appropriate curriculum• Provides for the physical safety and well-being needs of each child from arrival to departure• Maintains an open, friendly and cooperative relationship with each child, family and other• Attends training opportunities for professional and program development• Ensures licensing requirements are implemented
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.• Has positive and reliable work ethic• Passionate about working with children• A strong understanding of child development.• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.• TB Test• Background Check• Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.
Key Skills Needed
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)• Experience in early childhood education or related field• Hold CDA or other associate's degree or higher• Current First Aid/CPR Certification• Current Medication Administration Training (MAT)
