Your Role as Director of Operations: Steer the ship of daily operations across multiple restaurants within a designated region or division. From upholding operational brilliance and ensuring Guest satisfaction to optimizing financial performance, driving business development, fostering Team Member relations, and championing compliance, your role epitomizes a blend of strategic vision and operational prowess. Key Responsibilities: Maintain operational excellence to deliver top-notch food and exceptional Guest experiences consistently. Lead recruitment efforts to meet staffing requirements, train, cross-train, and cultivate a team of top-tier professionals. Motivate Team Members to achieve peak efficiency for unparalleled Guest service. Set sales and profit goals, strategize with managers to achieve targets, and oversee the preparation of new unit budgets. Conduct daily store visits to uphold standards and provide operational guidance. Skills & Qualifications for Success: Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree or possess equivalent management experience. Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management, preferably within the quick-service sector. Possess a valid Driver's License and dependable transportation for operational needs. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills conducive to effective leadership in a team environment. Be prepared for travel requirements to supervise operations in Western states via air travel.
