Responsibilities
• Develop and execute HR strategies• Collaborate with senior leadership on talent management and workforce planning• Manage HR department and onsite team• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures• Design and implement performance management system• Foster positive employee relations and provide guidance on HR issues• Develop comprehensive employee communications strategy• Design and administer compensation and benefits programs• Oversee HR operations and compliance• Develop and implement learning and development initiatives• Champion company culture and promote employee engagement
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field required• Minimum of 10+ years of HR experience• Previous management experience with direct supervision of employees• Experience reporting to executive level leadership preferred• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines• Strong problem-solving and recommendation skills• Experience in professional services industry preferred• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations• Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals• Track record of successfully implementing HR programs• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information• Strong organizational and prioritization skills• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Self-starter with high integrity and professionalism• Professional certifications are a plus
