We are seeking a Director of Emergency Services to:
Direct the day-to-day operations, budgeting, financial management, and human resource management of the Emergency Department across the enterprise. Manage the complex interdepartmental and interdisciplinary relationships to assure collaboration and effective/efficient operations within the Emergency Department. Engage staff and other stakeholders in continuous improvement of systems and processes; manage resources for staff participation in improvement work activities. At UW Health, you will have :

Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Preferred - Master's degree in a relevant subject area such as Nursing, Business, Management, or Healthcare Administration Work Experience :
Minimum - Five (5) years of relevant leadership experience in the management of emergency medicine, trauma, urgent care, or other relevant acute care hospital or critical care experience
Preferred - Experience in a large academic or complex health program that included ED or critical care services Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum - Registered Nurse
