Digital Marketing Manager

Job description:

Anthem is seeking a resourceful and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and prospects- Monitor and analyze website analytics and make recommendations for improvement- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging content for digital channels- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns- Excellent critical thinking and planning skills- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing platforms
