We're currently seeking a skilled mechanic with expertise in any of the following industries: AG Equipment, Heavy Machinery, Construction Equipment, Material Handling, and Diesel Trucking. If you excel in both independent and team settings and are ready for a role that provides flexibility without the need for extensive travel, we want to hear from you urgently.

$1 an hour speed/quality bonus

Responsibilities:
* Perform on-site repairs for a variety of equipment.
* Coordinate transportation of damaged equipment to the nearest facility.
* Maintain detailed records of supplies, tools, and labor hours.
* Supervise a team of three to four technicians.
* Provide 24/7 coverage for service calls during on-call duty.
* Offer daytime support to on-call mechanics.
* Participate in location-based repair teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
* Small engine repair, diesel engine repair, and hydraulic systems repair certifications.
* Commercial driver's license - Class C
Preferred:
* Two or more years of mechanical equipment repair experience.
* Associate's degree in mechanics or agriculture.
