Demand Planner

Demand Planner Location: Minneapolis, MN
Get ready for a game-changing opportunity! Our team is partnering with a large, dynamic global company for a Demand Planner role, that is open due to expansion in the overall team as they invest in updating their ERP and Planning Systems. 
As part of this effort, they're looking for several exceptional Demand Planners to come in and help grow a great planning department. As part of the team, you'll have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule. Position Description: Demand Planner reporting to Manager of Demand Planning. Use advanced planning tool to optimize forecast and drive accuracy. Work cross functionally to gain alignment on forecast with all stakeholders. Prioritize work to drive the largest improvements. Develop tracking and reporting around KPIs. Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings. Participate in process improvement projects within Supply Chain. Background Required: At least 2+ years of Demand Planning and S&OP experience. Manufacturing experience preferred. Advanced planning tool experience preferred. Bachelor's degree required. Proven track record of success in similar role. Miscellaneous: Compensation commensurate with experience. Full benefit package including medical, dental and 401(k).
