Pay Rate: $39.00 per hour (W2 Only)
This role is 100% ONSITE
Data Analytics (PowerBI) will be a Business Technology leader in a department of 100 diverse technical team members and assist team members to work with Information Technology and Digital Engineering departments:
Working on the Existing data sets and connecting Power BI Engage with department executives, management, engineers and technicians to create data-driven apps to improve safety, quality, schedule and cost Utilize existing IT infrastructure to create systems and platforms: Leverage Sharepoint, Onedrive, and Teams Develop, create and maintain low-code/no-code applications built using MS Power Platforms, including PowerBI, Power Automate, and Power Apps Create visually simple reports from complex multi-source datasets Manage and report data to stakeholders frequently to support business decisions & Kaizen. Connect business systems like SAP/Ariba and Tebis-Proleis with Power Platform to maximize manufacturing insights SharePoint site development & maintenance Manage and track software license needs within the department Interface with corporate and divisional IT groups
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Expertise in working with large data sets, analyzing data and creating PowerBI Dashboards and reports Experience creating data applications using citizen development tools, such as Power BI, Power Apps, SQL, and SharePoint Experience with data visualization tools, and technical reporting Strong Microsoft Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, sheet joining) Experience with at least one programming language, either XML, Python, R, Java, and/or C++ Able to travel 10% to other facilities, including ability to travel to Canada and Mexico Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and team player Education: Associates Degree or higher (prefer business analyst, computer science, engineering)
DESIRED SKILLS/NICE TO HAVE:
Catia or other 3D CAD/CAM software knowledge Experience with SAP/Ariba Experience working in an industrial environment
