Responsibilities Hybrid Role (in office and work from home) This is a entry level role, must live near Nashville and be willing to work in office 3 days per week. UHS National Call Center (a UHS company) was founded in 1995 and is one of the premier names in addiction treatment. Their focus is on treating adults with co-occurring addiction and mental health disorders through an evidence-based integrated treatment model in residential and outpatient settings. With their sophisticated direct to consumer marketing model which includes a call center, a national sales team and an industry leading web marketing program, the acquisition of Foundations will serve as a platform for growth in a new substance use disorder service line for UHS. Our regional office is located in Brentwood, TN with approximately 230 employees.

Position Summary: This position provides support to the admissions sales teams and operations team to effectively manage internal reporting processes, manage the call quality review system, and coordinate the data reporting metrics for admissions coordinators for the Foundations Recovery Network (FRN/UHS) call center.

Duties: Filters, organizes, and distribute daily admissions center reports. Daily, weekly, Monthly, and yearly reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all reports.
Assists with timely review of all admission and non-admission calls when directed by management.
Evaluates data variance and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborates with sales managers and operations to understand employee metrics.
Communicates regularly with sales managers to review errors in Admissions Documents.
Collaborates with supervisor to prioritize business, information, and reporting needs necessary for projects and admission center functions.
Collaborate with individual facility management for reporting needs.
Effectively and efficiently carries out assigned projects.

Qualifications Education:  Technical School/2 Years College / Associate's Degree
