Job Description:

Twenty-First Century Fox is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our remote team based in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field. We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention- Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and provide solutions- Monitor customer accounts and provide timely support and assistance- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for product improvements- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers- Track customer data and metrics to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive engagement and loyalty

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
