Customer Service Representative with Prior Acumatica Experience Location Beaverton, OR (Denny Whitford - Raleigh West area) : An established and growing Beaverton-based Team Sports Distributor has an immediate opening for a talented, experienced, and dependable Full-Time Call Center Representative with prior experience working on the Acumatica Enterprise Order Management System platform. Job Duties Include :
Assist customers with placing phone orders and web orders on our Acumatica Enterprise Order Management System platform. Work with fellow employees throughout the company to create and to maintain a positive and a productive work environment. Be a resource to customers who have questions on how to effectively use our New Website Design Tool Work with management and our Information Technology team to design and deploy reports and procedures to better service our customers. Requirements: A history of workplace successes. Two workplace references and two personal references. At least 1 year Call Center Experience on the Acumatica Order Management System Platform Clear and confident phone presence. Enjoy working with a diverse customer base. Willing and able to make outbound service and collection calls. Capable of handling the very rare difficult call Punctual and reliable. Excellent time management skills. Displays a positive problem-solving attitude. Ready to assist other departments as needed. Dependable transportation. A team player. Other Skills/Interests/Experiences - Considered a Plus: Experience in Adobe Cloud applications, with emphasis in Photoshop and Illustrator. Deep interest and knowledge of topography and logo design A demonstratable awareness and knowledge base of current high demand embroidery fonts and print designs used for apparel and headwear in the team sports market. The ability and interest to apply current fonts and design elements trending in athletic apparel and headwear into our company's portfolio of products and production processes. A forward thinker - someone aware of current and emerging design trends. Production experience in apparel embellishment applications including but not limited in one of the following: embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, DTG printing, sublimation, and woven labels not required but considered a plus. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Information Technology or Design/Graphic Arts considered a plus An excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to obtain practical work experience in an active and evolving E-Commerce environment.
