Wage Range:$19.97 - $22 per hour
Hours:Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to Noon (4 hours)

Essential Duties: Open and close Northwest Center location, making sure the area is clean and organized and confidential material is locked up.Greeting and allowing entrance for all incoming employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.Answering incoming calls on Microsoft Teams – remaining knowledgeable of all of the NWC services.Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned.Generally filling in for any special projects Requirements: 2 + year(s) Customer Service experienceCall center experience preferredExperience with data entryAbility to type 40 WPM.Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Outlook e-mail.Ability to work at a stationary desk for extended periods of timeAbility to use and work with computer monitors and complete keyboarding for extended periods of timeRegular and punctual attendance Northwest Center is committed to offering reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities.
