Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with assistance, information, and support regarding their insurance policies and coverage. Whether handling inquiries, processing policy changes, or addressing concerns, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities: Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Provide accurate information and guidance regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes. Process policy changes, updates, and renewals efficiently and accurately. Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to ensure client needs are met and inquiries are resolved. Maintain organized and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software systems. Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
