Responsibilities
• Take inbound leads and gather customer information.• Assist Loan Officers in obtaining leads and converting prospects into customers.• Schedule appointments and manage a high volume of incoming calls.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalency degree.• At least 1 year of telemarketing or similar sales/customer service experience.• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.• Ability to meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, and multi-task.
