Customer Service Coordinator

Adecco is seeking a great candidate to join our Home Improvement Partner in Kent, WA.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 4:00pm)
Location: Kent, WA
Pay: $25
Daily tasks: scheduling repairs, making reminder calls, sending schedule confirmations to builders, and confirming completed jobs.
Generate various reports and ensure adherence to a solid SOP.
Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
Self-motivated, takes initiative, and works independently.
Capable of managing numerous tasks throughout the day.
Experience with multi-line phones and multi-screen environments.
Proficient in Outlook; SAP experience not required.
Strong phone presence, confident when talking to sub-contractors and builders.
Team player with scheduling, admin, and customer service experience.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
