Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate at Consolidated Edison in Jacksonville, Florida, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide information about products and services, address and resolve customer complaints and issues- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers
