Customer Service Administrator

System One is actively seeking a Customer Service Administrato r for a long-term contract position working in Bessemer, AL 35023.  Customer Service Administrator Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as a Local Office Customer Service Representative, assisting walk-in and drive-thru customers with various inquiries and transactions, including payments, bill inquiries, outage reporting, and service orders. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing prompt and courteous assistance. Process customer payments accurately and securely, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, providing appropriate solutions and escalating issues as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database or CRM system. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, copying, and scanning documents. Coordinate with other departments or teams to resolve customer issues or fulfill service requests. Assist with the preparation and distribution of customer communications, such as bills, notices, and service updates. Support local office operations by performing various administrative tasks as assigned by management. Customer Service Administrator Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational ability and attention to detail. Flexibility to work at different local offices as needed. Work Location: Bessemer, AL 35023
Pay Rate: $18/hr
