Our Customer Experience department in Lebanon, TN is now looking for a Customer Experience Representative.
Key Tasks Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, effectively communicating information about products, pricing, warranties, and orders.

Efficiently process orders, quotes, and customer requests, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate documentation.

Address and resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and following through to ensure complete resolution.

Establish and nurture professional relationships with our provider network, end-users, and colleagues, fostering a trusted and collaborative environment.

Engage in proactive communication with dealers and customers, including making outgoing calls and responding to email inquiries.

Generate and analyze daily data reports to support customer needs and company objectives.

Maintain a good attendance record, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the role.

Your Background 4 year degree in business from an accredited college or university or,

2 year degree in business and 2 years of call center experience

4 years of call center experience relating to the medical device industry preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
