Job Summary: Elevate your career as the CRM Marketing Administrator at Gonzaga University, where creativity meets impact! You'll be the driving force behind strategic and imaginative solutions that resonate with our audience and propel our university's mission forward. Through your commitment to excellence in the configuration, maintenance, and support of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, you'll serve as a key pillar of support for our university partners. This includes managing user accounts, creating and scheduling email campaigns, providing post-campaign reports, setting up user journey workflows, and providing training and technical support to users. Your knack for creative problem-solving and unwavering client service will set the standard for excellence, ensuring that every project exceeds expectations. The full internal range is $54,698 – $74,003 annually.
Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) years of experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Six (6) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of education requirement. Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices. Experience with email marketing and campaign management. Experience with data management and segmentation in CRMs platforms.
