Crew Member From $10.75 per hour + tips = $12 hr Tropical Smoothie Cafe experience a plus! Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with all members of the team. Our best Crew Members are able to provide unparalleled hospitality to our guests. Must able to lift up to 50 lbs. We provide On the Job Training! ~taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system
~making food and smoothies
~prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing
~stocking

~ Must have reliable transportation
