Medical, Dental, Vision low-cost premiums even for family coverage Company-paid life/AD&D insurance Company-paid short-term disability Paid sick/vacation/holiday 401k/Company Funded Pension Program (program is dependent upon location and job type) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Additional voluntary benefits Compensation Responsibilities Act as a reporting expert to the Engineering Services department by analyzing information requirements and determining appropriate reporting solutions to meet high-priority business requirements Develop reporting solutions, create documentation, execute testing, and collaborate with IT technology/database experts Develop planning and forecasting tools for tracking capital expenditures Assist in managing Capex reporting, including planning, organizing priorities, and providing status reports Solve reporting problems by troubleshooting in the system and analyzing processes, being able to analyze the big picture and details of the specific problem Create and provide Capex training to end-users Create Energy data reports utilizing the Concentrix energy invoicing web portal; assist with energy cost, forecasting, and hedging strategies Perform energy benchmarking by using ENERGY STAR tools and programs Participate in weekly and quarterly energy meetings, report on usage and costs Perform ROI audits on completed projects that had payback justifications Education Bachelor's degree recommended or equivalent experience in accounting analysis
Requirements/Qualifications Report development experience – minimum 3 years of experience with BI report development tools (e.g. Business Objects, Cognos, Crystal Reports, SSRS, Host Analytics, etc.) Strong business process analysis skills, including requirements and use case definition Knowledge of creating data dictionaries Knowledge of SQL queries is a benefit Good analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail are a must Ability to take directions and complete the assigned tasks Highly organized self-starter with an eye for detail who can maintain multiple ongoing projects simultaneously Good interpersonal, communication, and comprehension skills Entrepreneurial, flexible attitude with the ability to work well in changing situations and reprioritize work accordingly Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) registration/clearance as well as ongoing alcohol and drug testing.
