We partnered with a small, but reputable firm in the DT Chicago area that is seeking a highly experienced Corporate/Commercial Real Estate Attorney.
As an experienced Corporate/Commercial Real Estate Attorney , you'll have the chance to showcase your expertise in all areas of corporate/commercial real estate transactions. From handling complex financing work representing lenders and borrowers, to assisting buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and business owners, you'll be involved in every phase and type of real estate deal. This fast-paced position requires a creative counselor with strong experience in real estate and corporate financing, purchase and sale matters, leasing, due diligence, and development work.
Position Skills needed for Corporate/Commercial Real Estate Attorney :
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the Illinois bar.
5-15 yrs experience in Corporate/Commercial Real Estate
Proven track record in commercial real estate transactions
Strong experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
Proficient in lease negotiations and drafting.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
